Untitled design   Trying to stay on your schedule during the holidays is hard. Not because it’s impossible but lets be honest most of us are traveling to see family or have family traveling to see us. Which means one thing: very little time to and for yourself! This blog details a few items I like to have in my gym bag for easy at home exercising or at the gym workout. These items can also double as great gift ideas for any of your fitness friends too.   • Stationary High knees
  • Stationary Butt Kicks
  • Mountain Climbers
Upper body
  • TRX Curls
  • TRX Triceps
  • Bodyweight push ups
  • TRX Rear Deltoid Flies
  • Resistance band bicep curls
  • Resistance band lateral raise
  • Resistance band front raise
  • TRX Rows
    • Neutral
    • Supinated
Lower body
  • TRX Shoulder width squats
  • TRX Close stance squats
  • TRX Plie ( Wide Stance) Squats
  • TRX Single leg Lunge or Walking weighted lunges with ankle weights
  • Ankle Resistance band straight leg kickbacks
  • Lateral walking squats (place ankle band around middle of shins)
Abs (on yoga mat)
  • Regular crunches ( to increase difficulty put ankle weights on and place legs in a 90 degree angle as you crunch.
  • Bicycle crunches with or without ankle weights
  • Scissor crunches with out without ankle weights
  • 30-60 second bridges
