- TRX Plie ( Wide Stance) Squats
- TRX Single leg Lunge or Walking weighted lunges with ankle weights
- Ankle Resistance band straight leg kickbacks
- Lateral walking squats (place ankle band around middle of shins)
- Regular crunches ( to increase difficulty put ankle weights on and place legs in a 90 degree angle as you crunch.
- Bicycle crunches with or without ankle weights
- Scissor crunches with out without ankle weights
- 30-60 second bridges
