
- Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 types of fruit of your choice
- Honey or Stevia
- Optional: nuts, coconut, chocolate morsels etc.
- Mix the yogurt with sweetener of choice
- On a parchment lined cookie sheet spread yogurt across the sheet
- Take cut up fruit and sprinkle across the yogurt
- Add the chopped nuts or granola or your choice.
- Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
- Once hardened break into pieces and serve

- Saltines
- 1 stick of butter
- ½ c brown sugar
- Any type of morsels ( milk chocolate, peanut butter, toffee, dark chocolate, semi-sweet, white chocolate etc.)
- Optional: nuts, hard candy ( virtually anything you would want to add on top would work)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil
- Line the sheet with even rows of saltine crackers, until whole sheet its fully packed with crackers
- In a small pot, add 1 stick of butter on medium heat let is melt
- Once it’s melted add brown sugar and stir
- Stir frequently until the mixture starts to bubble, you may raise the heat but watch carefully as the sugar and butter mixture doesn’t burn
- Once the mixture is evenly consolidated, take a spoon and drizzle all across the top of the lined saltines.
- Add the cookie sheet to the oven and watch very carefully. It will start to bubble on top ( ~roughly 2-3 minutes) once it bubbles on top evenly, remove from oven.
- Take chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and sprinkle across the top of the saltines.
- Let it sit for 1-2 minutes (or until a butter knife can evenly spread the melted morsels across the top)
- Once morsels are melted, spread across the whole sheet evenly, creating a chocolate coating over the saltines.
- If you choose to add additional toppings you do so now, before placing in the freezer
- Place in Freezer for at least 30 minutes to harden.
- Remove from freezer and break with hands
